1. Access and Use

• Provision of Access: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Enqufy grants you a limited right to access and use the Service for your personal or business use.
• User Content: You may provide content or information to the Service ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions necessary for us to process your User Content under these Terms and to provide the Service to you.
• Use Restrictions: You may not (i) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service; (ii) reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of the Service; (iii) rent, lease, or sell the Service; (iv) remove any proprietary notices; (v) use the Service in any manner that infringes or violates any third party's rights or applicable laws; or (vi) knowingly permit any third party to do the foregoing.
• Beta Services: From time to time, Enqufy may make beta or trial services available. Such services are provided "as-is" and may be discontinued at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service is in compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account is no longer secure.

4. Payment Terms

• Paid Services: Some features may require payment. You will have an opportunity to review and accept any fees before being charged. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Pricing: Enqufy reserves the right to determine and update pricing for the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing information up to date.

5. Subscriptions

Some features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the plan you select.

• Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your Subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a Subscription period, except as required by law.
• Changes to Fees: Enqufy reserves the right to change Subscription fees at any time. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the current billing cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in fees.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed by third-party providers. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to the payment method you provide.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by Enqufy or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Enqufy does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enqufy disclaims all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enqufy and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish an updated version and effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
