Why I started Enqufy Connect.
A studio born from one frustration: the best workflows in real industries were trapped in spreadsheets, and nobody would both build the software and run it.
“I kept meeting brilliant operators losing hours to copy and paste. The technology to fix it existed. What was missing was someone willing to build it and run it.”
Across logistics, outdoor media and tax I saw the same pattern. Talented teams doing precise, valuable work, and spending half the day on data entry, reconciliation and chasing proof.
Plenty of software promised to help. Very little of it understood the real judgement in the work, and the companies selling it were rarely there once it went live.
Enqufy Connect started as a bet that the missing piece was the discipline of running it. Build AI that takes on the hard decisions, then stay and operate it.
From one frustration to six products
Watching a freight desk run its cargo off a shared Excel file, and lose a deal to a retyping error, made the opportunity impossible to ignore.
The studio starts with one idea: build AI-first products for offline industries, and run them rather than hand them off.
The first product goes live for freight teams. It has since grown into CocoRoute, the CRM for forwarders.
Hoardex maps any inventory sheet, adds field proof and sends proposals in the customer's own brand.
GSTSync matches IMS and GSTR-2B with tolerances and produces clean input tax credit reports.
CocoMio and CocoTrado join the studio, for HR teams and for agents who hold client money.
